The Drysdale Classic Car & Bike Show takes place on the first weekend of January each year. This event is held at the Drysdale Recreation Reserve, essentially around the perimeter of the football ground. This event joins the Torquay Car Show and Colac Car Show as the best of the “local” shows over the summer holiday period.
The Drysdale Car Show is attended annually by our Surfcoast Corvettes Club. We park our cars as a group, erect our gazebo and banners, and settle in to enjoy the day. There is always a large and interesting range of cars at the show and, by midday, there is a very large group of spectators viewing the cars on display. The Corvettes are always a popular attraction with the crowd and especially with the kids. The holiday makers are always keen to find something to do, and this event fits the bill well.
Remember to bring along your fold-up chairs, together with some food to share, making the most of the occasion.
