After various difficulties and disappointments at the last few meetings at the Peninsula Hotel, the Committee of Surfcoast Corvettes, Inc had no choice but to arrange another venue to hold our club meetings.
We have been fortunate enough to have made arrangements with the highly regarded Telegraph Hotel, at the top of Pakington Street, to hold our meetings in one of their dedicated meeting rooms. This hotel is very well known for its good food and excellent wine list, so you can plan a special night out as well as attending a club meeting.
The first meeting at the Telegraph will be held on February 7th, 2024. The meeting will commence at 7:00pm, but, as usual, many of us will start arriving at 6:00pm to have a meal and a chat. We look forward to having as many members as possible on the night to try out the new meeting venue.
We have quite a few things to discuss at the February meeting, including the upcoming Colac and Torquay Car Shows. For those of us travelling to Glenelg, SA, for ‘Corvettes Rock the Bay’, we also have a few things to talk through.
